Returns/Refunds

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please email us within 3 days of receipt, including your order number and a brief description of the item(s) at fault, together with supporting photos. We will process a replacement for the relevant item(s) within 5 days.

Due to the products being personalised, I am afraid we cannot refund purchases.

Please note that any initial delivery charge is non-refundable, and any further costs incurred through shipping the item back to us will not be reimbursed. We recommend using an insured and tracked delivery service, as we will not accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during the return process.
